Create Wordpress function/shortcode

I have the following hierarchal categories set up: Brands: The Kit Wheels Metro Platforms: Mobile Newspaper Magazine Audiences: Women Men Children I also have the following post types configured: Brands (us_brand) Platforms (us_platform) Audiences (us_audience) I have created posts in the above post types and categorized them accordingly, i.e. I have a post called The Kit in the post_type Brands that is categorized in Platforms->Mobile and Audiences->Women. I need a shortcode/function that I can put in my posts that displays the brands in a list with image, title and an excerpt. Beneath each one I would like 2 more lists: The Platforms that apply to that Brand and the Audiences that apply to that Brand. Also - please advise: In the post editor the custom post type Brands, should I also be categorizing them as Brand->The Kit (as example) or is this redundant? If redundant, please include in your quote the time to filter out the unnecessary categories in the post editor, i.e. if you are in the custom post type Brands, don’t show the Brands category(ies). I have been trying to do this myself but no luck. I am including my code so that it may be clearer to you what I am trying to achieve. My code shows the brands, but the sub lists is where I am failing. Please let me know if you can prepare this shortcode/function for me an how much it will cost. Many thanks Dan
