Create a Wordpress Template

I currently have a Wordpress Premium package that's linked to my recently purchased google domain. For the first/home page I need a video background playing full screen, looped. I need the ability to make occasional updates as I continue to evolve with new video content. My company name needs to be static, in large font, placed over the video background with one call to action button, very simple and clean. Call of action button takes the viewer to the gallery of other videos. The pages besides the front home page I will need are: Projects / About / Contact Projects Page: A clean and simple list of past projects that scrolls down as my list of projects grows. I'm ok with linking the site to a Vimeo or youtube channel and playing from there. About page: Very simple text, maybe one or two static images but mostly consisting of a paragraph or two with info about my company. Contact page: A contact page for people to fill out and contact me, and a static text section with my phone # and email address.
