I need my website [url removed, login to view] built into WordPress site so that I can easily manage it.
I need it to have the following functionality.
The application form on the front end should trigger a sequence of emails. As well as store it’s self in a database to be displayed inside of the members only section.
The email sequence should go as follows
-Confirmation & Login (instant)
-Intro / How to Get Started (Immediately following confirmation)
-Are you still interested? (3 days later unless they’ve submitted their TeamViewer ID & Password already
-Are you mad at me? (7 days later unless they’ve submitted their TeamViewer ID & Password
(I think I can do most of this myself with mailchimp - contact me to discuss)
Please create a members only section with the following content
My Info Section
All the information they submitted on the application form on the front end should imported to this section where they can change the information if needed
Change their username/password
Change their email
Basically, change any information they’ve submitted.
Start Here Section
Here is where they enter their TeamViewer ID and TeamViewer Password and then it should send out an email/text notification to my team letting them know they are ready to be setup.
I will need a Confirmation page of some sort to pop after they’ve submitted the information in order to place a pixel on the page to make my email sequence work correctly by removing people who’ve got started already from the mailing list
This is where they enter and can change their PayPal ID.
It should also keep track of past payments and tell them their upcoming payments.
It should also have somewhere that clearly displays their status inside the top navigation
-Waiting for Government ID (yellow)
-Waiting for Payment Information (yellow)
-Waiting on Facebook Reply (yellow)
-Flagged for Policy Violations (red)
-Flagged for Suspicious Activity (red)
I need admin features where I can manually add/delete/edit any account.
Be able to export members data based on status
Change or Tag members status with the above tags/status updates
Mark when they were paid last and set reoccurring payments reminders for every 7 days
I need to be able to “add day to pay period” which means if we are unable to connect to a member for a day. We don’t count that day, and they need to run for 7 days to get paid. Then it would start it’s 7 day reminder based on when they got paid.
