Hello All,
I am using VICIDIAL Contact Center Suite for my call center and i need someone genius who can develop or create Popup Notification of Inbound Call Queue, I dont know is it possible or not but if it is then please make sure that popup notification also need to work if agent portal tab is minimized. Please only bid if you are a real genius in Vicidial or have any better idea to know there is incoming call in queue.

You could adjust the PHP file for anytime the Calls In queue turns on, to make it a pop up. I do not have time to program that for you right now, but what I can suggest is if you are not doing outbound predictive, Lebih banyak
I have better option rather than notification there will music playing while call in queue. You need a speaker that is plugged with a system where you need to open the Real Time of Report once all agent are on pause Lebih banyak
