Create a Mobile Website

This is an application test so that we an select a coder to work on a long term project with us that will involve jQuery Mobile, PHP and MySQL. I want you to create one jQuery Mobile page like the sketch attached that will have the following elements: - 1 Flot-Pie displaying data from database - Data displayed from database - Form field with 3 inputs that will add to database You will need to make a small mySQL database with one table and 6 fields. This should be programmed in PHP + PDO + mySQL with no framework, preferably in OOP. This shouldn't take more than an hour or two to complete for the candidate we're looking for. Your work will be evaluated the following way. - Overall GUI presentation (Is it clean, organized, presentable) - Turn around (How long did it take you to complete, couple hours, a day, a week?) - Coding (Is it clean and organized, is it proper or sloppy choppy, is it easy to follow) - Execution (Does the final program work or does it crash/ bug out) - Instructions (Did you follow instructions and requirements as requested?) - Innovation (Did you find a better way to improve the GUI or code?)
