After Every class Stream has specific subjects they study Teachers: When registering teachers every teacher is attached to a subject they teach, they can teach more than one subject at most three. and every teacher is attached to a class teacher (Tutor) Every class for example S.2 has a class teacher who manages reports from all these other teachers who teach in that class according to the subjects they teach. He can view and edit their reports before submitting them for messaging. Note every day the class teacher submits these reports for messaging which is done automatically at a specific time of the day that we shall set. They system compiles reports for all teachers that have taught in the stream like" S.2B" in a day into one single message and sends the information to the parents of all the students in the stream.
