Create a CSGO trading website - skins for cash

We are looking for someone who can create website that has mechanics just like [login to view URL] website. Briefly, users login to website via Steam API. Then they trade their in-game items to our bots for cash. They can payout money via Bitcoin, PayPal, Skrill or Credit Card (and few more payment gateways). For exchanging skins to cash users should receive 50% of their market price (prices should be downloaded from [login to view URL]). For CS:GO keys it should be 75%. Both values should have possibility to be changed. It has to be a clone of [login to view URL] but with other design (we can provide that, you just have to do the backend stuff). We will only work with people who has experience in CS GO websites, bots and Steam API. Main functionalities: - Login / Logout Steam Account ( All users will be added to the DataBase ) - DDOS Protection with CloudFlare. - English language by default. Let us the possibility to add other language by translating. - Possibility to ban some people by IP and Steam name. - The BOTs must work with Mobile Auth ( update from 9th December 2015 ). It means the bot will accept all trade offer without any intervention from someone and without any delay. This part is essential and you must to have the solution at this problem. - There should be possibility (for us - owners, not for users) to sell obtained skins automatically on [login to view URL] - they have special API for that. In case something wasn't mentioned, the whole website has to work in the same way as [login to view URL] works. Summary: - You will need to design the whole website from scratch, or build on a template and customize it, the website needs to look unique and up to our standards. - You will need to install and configure everything to be sure at 100% the website and the bot is working. You will tell us what you need for the job (server, cloudflare, etc... and we will buy it for you) - All functionalities must work before milestone is release.
