Create an API for Real Estate transations to United States MLS

I would like to create a few PHP modules (or Cold Fusion) to interface to the MLS using RETS ([login to view URL]) Specific needs: 1) input form that allow for searching of properties on the MLS (basic and advanced) 2) output search results page with indexing and pagination 3) input form to add/edit properties that inserts a listing to the MLS 4) proof that it works by running the code on our server using my developer (after demo from you on your server) 5) overview of how the code works to my pho developer so that we can continue to develop on the same code There is probably someone out there who has already done this project for someone else so this gives you a chance to resell your code Thank you
