Copy Website to Different Servers

We need to clone our website into other servers. Currently our website X utilizes 2 servers: • Server A: (main) Linux 16.04.1* • Server B: Windows Server 2012* * Server A contains mainly PHP code, and calls server B for a Silverlight application with some C variant code. Both servers have their own databases. We need to create another website Y, identical to website X and independently operational. Once the cloning is done we need to have: • Website X (original) running normally • Website Y (clone) functioning independently and completely disconnected from Website X Due to security reasons, all work done must be through a company computer (controlled with RDC or TeamViewer from the contractor’s end).
