Convert a Template to a Website

We have had a website designed for us by Wonder Associates [login to view URL] . As a not for profit organisation we have been trying to get the website build done using the voluntary contributions of members who are web developers, but progress has been slow due their day to day commitments taking priority. We are now looking to find a developer to take on and complete the build. The development has been started and uses the word press starter theme Bones as a base, but the project has yet to be completed.
