Construct a php / Mysql website

Hi, i want to create a webite like [login to view URL] What is this website? This is a website where users earn points after completing offers like filling a form, watching videos or more.... With this points they could participate to raffle and try to win a skin for a weapon in a game. When they participate to a raffle, they put amount of count they would use for this raffle and wait that total price of the gift is reached. After reached point, one user will be take in the user's list that have participate to this raffle (fate) and he will win the gift. What i need? I'll do PSD and responsive HTML with bootstrap. So i need only PHP and MYSQL. Technical: - Must have a system for users to get live coins number (after complete an offer or do something coins must be updated). - live chat system (no emot on it, just send message with username), no history in chat, if user log i couldn't see older messages. - list of past winners - list of last user's actions - Raffle system. I wanted to get an admin system to create raffles, with choosing skin in database and select date to launch raffle. Database: - Users will log automaticly with an api, so don't need to create a big user profil database, only user with 3 informations (id/ip/username/points ???) - Need a skin database that i will fill with weapon's skins (this information will be display for each raffle, one skin by one raffle) - Giveaways database. For each raffle i need a unique id with date, gift id(weapon id), total points and who will win the prize. - Coins database. Don't know how it must work exactly but i need to put in database ALL actions per user. I need this for security, i must proof all actions for all user in case of conflict. I'm a webdesigner, i do PHP and Mysql to but don't have time for the moment to do this job, so i'll check code to look if all is allright and work well when project will be finished ;)
