Completion of a Gravity Forms based custom event booking system

An events company specialising in themed Hens Nights / Bachelorette Parties, our aging Drupal event booking system needs replacing with something a lot more user friendly, and more in line with our growing business. The site infrastructure and most of the build is already in place, however coding is not my first skill, and I now require a third-party to complete the trickier bits to finish the project off. The system is for internal use only, so appearance considerations will be handled in-house. Built on the Gravity Forms & Gravity View plugins, the works required are: - Dynamic drop-down population of fields based upon prior selections in the booking form (e.g. staff members / venues available in a given location ) - Multiple notifications to staff members (will possibly also require dynamic population) - Integration with Xero Accounting - Integration with a CC payment gateway - New staff member accounts created pass custom data from Gravity Form to WP User (can use GF User registration add-on) - Staff members able to log in and see jobs assigned / modify job confirmation status (user accounts have already been created) - Changes to booked events are logged (user / time / date / change) and admin notified - Confirmed events published to company's Google Calendar / Customer email pushed to Mailchimp list And for possible future consideration: - SMS notifications (can use Twilio, have necessary GF licence to obtain add-on) Dev site URL will be provided on request.
