Codeigniter & FusionCharts site: MySQL Database & Chart amends October 2016

Background: I have an existing Codeigniter/Fusion Charts based website which displays charts of sales performance data to users. The users review the charts and use this and other data to prepare sales improvement plans. Chart Amends: There are two suites of charts – one for specialist vehicles and another for standard vehicles. There are three charts in the Specialist chart suite that require amends. Data Base Updates: The charts display data held in a MySQL database. This data is entered by a site administrator via an input form of 25 fields. Five of these fields are only partially complete. The task is to create and run a series of MySQL update queries to complete the missing fields. The five incomplete data fields provide data on the growth of the sales performance monthly, quarterly and annually. Two sets of data are uploaded on the sales performance. One data set focuses only on specialist vehicles; the second data set focuses only on standard vehicles. The specialist vehicle data set has data on 10 countries; the standard vehicle data set has data on 13 countries. The data set covers the years 2014 and 2015 and YTD 2016. For the specialist vehicles data base, information is collected monthly on 17 car models; for the standard vehicles data base, information is collected monthly on 23- 25 car models. Data Base Updates: There are five data fields with incomplete data for each of the two data bases. These data fields hold 3-digit numerical information in the form, for example, 25.5 or 0.22. The data fields show actual growth rates for the same period in the previous year for month, quarter and year. In other words Quarter 2 2016 would be compared with Quarter 2 2015. The data fields hold benchmark growth rates for quarter and year for the same period. Please see screenshots and notes in PowerPoint file attached with the project. The task is to: a. Run MySQL update queries to using data supplied by the client to fill the empty data fields with correct data. b. Provide copies of the MySQL queries to the client. c. Make the changes required to 3 Specialist Vehicle sales charts Freelancer requirements: This is a task for a freelancer or small team with JavaScript and MySQL knowledge who can:  Identify the gaps in the data for all countries and months in both data sets  Create and run MySql update queries for each country in each data set for each month, quarter and year so that all of the five fields are populated with the correct data. The correct values for each month, quarter and year will be provided by the client  To test a 10% sample of each country and data set to ensure that the data has been uploaded and is correct  To provide copies of each of the queries run.  To amend the 3 charts shown in the file 2. The project has a tight deadline – maximum 5 working days to completion. 3. The project has a guideline budget not exceeding $75 - $100 4. Only freelancers whose responses show that they have read the brief and can describe how they will achieve the project within the time and budget will be considered.
