Change the Php code to reflect API XML changes.

Our website is based on fuelphp framework, with mysql and html. You will not have access to our website nor the web link to our site, your bid must base on the doc below and attachment. The our software company has changes the API call and I need help updating our website. This no longer is a valid API call. They are have changed the API to the following. -[our Base URL]/GetProductQuoteByQty/9150/1000120/1001683/1010702/12/12/0/1/0/0/0/0/0 This is what the numbers stand for. -[our Base URL]/GetProductQuoteByQty/{StoreID}/{ProductID}/{ProductStyleID}/{ProductStyleSizeID}/{ProductQuantity}/{TotalQuantity}/{DesignQuantity}/{NumColorsFront}/{NumColorsBack}/{NumColorsSleeveLeft}/{NumColorsSleeveRight}/{NameQuantity}/{NumberQuantity} which out puts XML XML output is in the new XML on the zip file.
