Cakephp register / login

I am looking for somebody to create a login/register page using the latest version of CakePHP. The registration process should save to a database saving first name, last name, email, password (stored in hashed state), date created and date modified. It should use CakePHP Authentication. If possible I would also like the user to be able to register using either Google mail or Facebook credentials. I would also like the cakephp captcha component. Once the above is completed I need you to then zip the completed cake project and send it to me so I can use it for my website. My budget for this is small and I need it completed ASAP.
