CRM pluggin for wordpress

I want to have a customer management software to manage all clients. This is for a training school. We have candidates contacting us through live chat, email, course registration , course pre application (webform) job application (webform). clients contact us at various stages and they may contact us 1 year before intending date of training. We need all these iputs to go in one database, where we can reply to messages, emails, respond to webforms using canned messages. On the back end, we should have a facility to say we need to contact a customer in a weeks time. or in a months time and who should contact. it should then show up in the calender view of the staff who should be contacting the person. There should be colour code for all customers, potential candidate for course, potential candidate for job. less potential or high potential. customer should be able to give feedback on the reponse they received by giving 1- 5 stars. This could be done by follow up email. Poor rated responses should be high lighted. Word press members, should be able to send messages directly and when they fill the webform, thier personal details should populate. We should be able to put notes in thier account We should be able to carry out searches to find members with specific criteria. at least 10 staff should be able to use the information.
