Page 1.
Think type header, and links in the footer.

I can modify links in the admin section":
Body section on main page will have 3 categories.
PHP Python Shell
I can modify the categories and add new ones in the admin section
It should show the number of scripts in each category, IE.
PHP (20) Python (40) Shell (10)
and show 1 "featured" script for each, along with a small image and short description
The featured script will be selected in the admin section.
Page 2.
When you click on a categoy it will take you to a page showing all scripts in that category, similar to this page:

As on that page, it should show the number of stars rating, number of downloads, an image, title, short description
Page 3.
When you click on a particular script, either from the featured on the first page, or on page 2, it should take you to a page like this:
[login to view URL]
With the following sections:
a large image, the title, a download button (which will download a .[login to view URL] or zip file)
The title, author, small photo

Screenshots
FAQ
View Source Code (this is a new link not on the URL in the sample)
--This page will take you to a list of the file/files of the software then when you click on a file name, it will allow you do view the source code without downloading the software, also google should be able to index this code

When I add a new software in the admin section, there should be a place for me to input the above information and upload the software file, image, screenshots, etc. So, everything except reviews.
And as seen on the right column of this page:
Stats: Version, Last Updated, Downloads (what they call active installs), Tags

--See All
--Show the average rating in terms of starts
--Show the bar chart of starts with a link to click on reviews with that number of stars

As stated for page 3, users should be able to leave reviews/ratings for each software, along with a rating, title, and comments. Also reviews should be held for moderation before going live
No changes should be made to the wordpress source code. I should be able to upgrade or reinstall a wordpress version without any issues.
No changes should be made to the code of the theme, however adding a child theme is OK. I should be able to freely upgrade and reinstall themes.
No changes should be made to the source code of plugins, I want to be able to update everything regularly.
