Build a website with Small backend and PHP / MySQL Work

Hello all, We need a one page website with couple of options such as: Home, services, about us, features, contact us, user registration, user profile page, login, logout, forget password, download, counter (no. of online user, no. of registered users, no. of facebook like), reviews (fetch photo from user profile database and comment), admin panel for profile action (approval, active, inactive, etc.). We will provide you: Data, Hosting, Content, HTML base (changes need to be done as per our satisfaction and requirements), most of the data as said above like profile, login, registration (database is designed), you need to pull and connect data. Important: We will need this to be done with a fastest speed as we don't need lazy involvement.
