We have already setup the multi store eCommerce platform but due to NDA I can't disclose here. We have done it in Magento which have different theme for different store. As well as urls also changed respecting to store. Why are you preferring Woocommerce. I would suggest Magento as wordpress will be slow in case of large number of store. Looking forward for your response.
