I am looking for a website to perform the following:
-basic, but modern homepage with Home, Features, Blog, Signup/Login across the top header
-Two types of users - property owners and renters
-once a user has signed up for one of the two profile types, they each have a dashboard of their own
-Property owners have the following areas:
-Personal Information (including payment info)
-preferred service providers (free form)
-list of properties they own (ability to add/remove, also would like a map view if possible)
-calendar that they can select dates they will be unable to manage property
-messages
-Renters see the following:
-property they are renting
-form to submit an issue, including the following:
-type of issue (ie. something is leaking, there is no heat, etc)
-make/model of broken unit (if appropriate)
-area to submit picture or video
-messages (like an inbox)
-calendar
-I would also like notifications to be able to be set up (ie. when issue is submitted, property owners get notified, etc.)
-SEO friendly
-I will need to be able to access the database to have an app created down the road
Looking for a rough estimate on the above setup. I have limited technical experience, but am at a loss when it comes to a user-based website.
