We have built a Wordpress website that allows people to request multiple moving quotes from different companies. The basic functionality of the website is people complete a form with their moving requests, and this form is submitted to multiple moving companies as a new moving quote request. The moving companies then contact the customer with their quotes. There is not backend system / platform to manage this at the moment, and the form submission is just emailed to moving companies.
What we want is a backend system developed so that when the form is submitted it creates a new moving quote request which is managed by a platform, and multiple moving companies who are registered on the platform can submit quotes to the customer, and then the customer can choose a winning quote. This is similar to how sites like freelancer, upwork etc work. More detail of what we are wanting is below, however we want to maintain the frontend in Wordpress and the backend system can be either Wordpress or another platform, as long as it is stable and works.
