Build a MLM Website

I need you to design & code a dynamic MLM Website. There will be a detailed agent registration form with unique agent id generation capability. The registered agent will provide his id to others (sub agents) to register under him. So we can tackle his sub agents and pay him according to his work. The sub agents will be able to add more agents under them. All agents will do marketing work and propose people to subscribe using their agent id.

Every agent will have his very own profile page where he can manage his personal details and copy the advertising material and use that for marketing purpose. Every agent can see his total earning, paid amount, pending subscriptions in his profile page. He can filter his earning date wise using a calender. The agents will be able to write the complaints and or ask for help from his profile itself by creating a ticket or so and the admin or sub admin will be able to answer him and the agent will see the reply in his profile itself as alert or so.

There will be an admin panel of curse to manage the agents and sub agents. Admin will be able to add, allow, approve, cancel the agents/sub agents. Admin will be able to post notifications to all agents or selected onus which they will see in their profile itself. Admin will be able to answer the agents queries which they will be able to see as an alert and read in their profile inbox itself and can reply too. The admin will be able to post / edit the advertise material for the agents which they will see in their profile page itself. The admin will have the master control of all agents users & passwords. Although the agents will be able to change their passwords only by clicking on Forget Password and confirming their email and respected agent id.

The most important thing is the subscription amount and agents earning method etc which I would like to discuss with the selected freelancer.

I may create a wireframe for the home page and inside layouts which you have to design & code respectively. The site is required in responsive.

All the data will be saved in MySQL database and can be downloaded in excel easily if required.

I hope I have briefed enough about the project and required work. There are many more things to discuss which we would like to discuss with the chosen person.
