We are developing a small call center CRM for our client. The CRM is build from scratch using PHP and Bootstrap framework. Data is save in MySQL database. We have developed the interface and all basic functions for the CRM. The only function that is missing is the click to call functionality. In order to record the conversation, we have bought a hardware that is basically based on Asterisk. But the hardware doesn't have any API for PHP to interact with it. The hardware function : 1. create call plans 2. crate user 3. automatic record conversation when pickup Now, we are seeking for any programmer out there that can help us on implementing the click to call function into our CRM.
