Application that report full scope E-mail Traffic for specific Email addresses

I need an independant application delivering the full scope E-mail traffic of the selected E-mail addresses in a report that I can run on a weekly basis. Selection Criterias 1) E-Mail Adresses up to 20 2) Start period [login to view URL] 3) End period [login to view URL] Results will be exported in a Word file with CR at the beginning and end of each email. Test adress email adress will be given upon request period 01.06.2014 - 31.12.2014. A test programm has to be provided before closure of the deal. The Emails will be formated like in outlook 2013 and permit to search all criterias with the seach function of word.
