Android & Web based app for estimating and work order

I have four excel spreadsheets that calculate all my estimates and then produce a work order for the work crews. I need an ANDROID/WEB based app that allows data entry of material items and square footage and then calculates billing cost and material amounts for the job. The work crews need to be able to report material quantities in the field from an android tablet. The app needs customer input, address, routing through google maps, field notes, completion status etc...
