I currently have a php-based live chat system where visitors can speak only to operators. The system will appear online if there is one operator logged in . In this particular project, I want to add a feature where visitors can talk to other visitors, which this will create a 'stranger-to-stranger' feature. Visitors should choose between two categories (E.g. A & B) and the conversation should start by matching visitors A with visitors B. Visitors with A category cannot talk to another A category. I will provide more details later.
