Hello, I can complete the Android portion of this for you. I've done iOS, but it would be cheaper for you to separate it. While you may find someone on here that can do both, I suspect that it would be of poor quality. All of my Android apps use Google Analytics. I can set you up with versions 2, 3, or 4 depending on your preference. Version 4 still has some bugs and requires you to connect with the Google Play Services, so I might recommend version 3 if you aren't already connected to GMS. Version 4 targets Android L, but it has some serious issues. I'd suggest going with 3 and then upgrading to 4. As far as geo-fencing, you might consider just integrating with an ad network with this capability and running house ads. I've done this with admob, but the house ads aren't currently functioning (which has happened with admob before). Millennial Media also has a killer geo-fencing capability, though I haven't run house ads through them. I've integrated banners through both, and interstitials through admob.
