Wordpress Google Base Real Estate AND RETS/IDX MLS Plugin

I'm interested in connecting with Companies who have created or who have attempted to create Real Estate websites on Wordpress/WordpressMU that integrate home listing information directly from MLS Boards via RETS or IDX feeds, AND/OR from Google Base.
In my experience, providers who are able to do this are few and far between. I've had one very good developer create a system that pulled MLS data through a national data provider - it also had some killer SEO indexing capabilities - but he is no longer available. I'd like to finish development by converting the system to pulling directly from individual MLS Boards, and/or a national data provider, and/or Google Base.
Take a look at RealBird dot com and Real Shout dot com for examples of Google Base integration. The latter has a Wordpress plugin which we may be able to rewrite. (It's ok but needs a lot of design work.)
I'm not going to list here a comprehensive description of the tasks because I'm interested in only hearing from people with substantial experience in this area who know exactly what I am talking about.
