Coding HTML / CSS From Supplied Design

We have produced a design for an ecommerce website and need an HTML/CSS template coding from the Photoshop PSD files. The site should be coded with a fixed width at 1024 pixels wide. We need a Dreamweaver [login to view URL] template coding. This will update any changes made to the header, footer and left hand column on the site. We will need the home page coding the same as the mockup. The inside pages are also needed ??" e.g. About Us, Delivery, Health & Safety, Contact Us, Sitemap etc. All of these pages are the same apart from the page title ??" About Us….etc. We can add the text content later. The category, product, product detail, shopping cart pages use dynamic content. See our example sites below. We will install the shopping cart script ready for you to integrate the design.
