WP Theme into New WP Theme - repost 2

This is what I would like - Copy the Blog page from Circles Theme / My Test site to new Duotive theme and ensure blog functions - I like the style/theme of the blog and put it into a different wp theme. Then Fix the sidebar / tabs, if necessary and make sure everything functions, works correctly. Hope someone can help; small budget, but really would like this completed a.s.a.p. A WP Blog page ~ design or appearance incorporated into another WP theme. The blog page I like the style of - "Look & Feel" or Appearance/Design. I would like these customized/coded into my WP theme. Small budget, and this should be very quick to complete, since project is almost finished.
