PHP function to let SEARCH ENGINE know about an updates and let them crawl and indexed automatic as same as click PUBLISH like using WORDPRESS PLATFORM

I need someone who can optimize PHP function from WORDPRESS PLATFORM including RPC, ping services, do some auto backlinks, submit sitemaps, pingomatic and others to using with my stand alone script (PHP).

Solution:

After installation my script will generate source file of all pages ([url removed, login to view] & 1 url per line), sitemap files (xml sitemap, index sitemap, video, sitemap, mobile sitemap, rss).

However, I have a problem with a slowly indexed on SEARCH ENGINES like Google, Bing & Etc. So, I think so and notice that WORDPRESS PLATFORM get indexing on Google in few minutes or few hours after PUBLISH post and I wished to indexed fast as their platform. But an IMPORTANT thing is how to optimize and convert their function to work integrated with my script that leave in PHP platform and all posts was finish posted in one time.

Conclusion:

I need someone who expert in PHP to optimize, convert, and make php function RPC, ping services, do some auto backlinks, submit sitemaps, pingomatic and others to working integrated with my source files and sitemap files.

Note: RPC will using ping list from [url removed, login to view] that I attach
