Need assistant on daily basis for Wordpress, Troubleshoot, PHP, CSS, etc...

Hello, I am a designer. I often need help with Wordpress, PHP, CSS, etc.... I have small projects, and big projects for you. Later I will have full site, but for now I need quick fix on many project. You must be able to : - Modify plugin - Template modification - (Wordpress AND regular HTML+CSS) - PHP form - Troubleshooting - CSS - Browser compatibility - Speed issue. - It can also be bigger project, like convert a PSD file to full Wordpress site. I need somebody REALLY OFTEN available to assist me when I need it. If you are always online on Gtalk and ready to help me an average of 1 or 2 hours EVERY DAY. Sometime 12 hours THE SAME DAY, sometime 0 hours for 2 days. Always depend of my need. - You must me really good in Wordpress and know what you are doing. - CSS must not have any secret for you. - You must LOVE to try to find a bug in PHP form, like Gravity plugin. - Must be able to start from a PSD ans make a complete Wordpress Website. Please, include in your bid: - How often you are online, if you take vacation soon, which time zone you are. - Are you a team or working alone - Do you work during weekend - Show me 3 of your best link.
