Convert Joomla template to Wordpress theme (child theme, css, jquery slider, static page html, plugin config)

I will ignore copy/paste bid responses. Please read the project info and specifically address how you would handle the four main project requirements. Thank you. Convert the following Joomla 1.5 template to a Wordpress theme: [login to view URL] I can supply all of the files purchased through templatemonster as a .zip file. Wordpress theme should be based on version 1.5 of twentyeleven and fully functional on Wordpress 3.5. I should be able to install your theme, paste your html into a static front page, install the plugins configured according to your directions, and be ready to start putting in our own images and text. Make the static front page look & act just like the demo, including the javascript slider. Static front page must include the slider & slider should work exactly as shown in the demo. Include documentation explaining how to update the slides. Either put all of the sample content from the demo's main page into the new static homepage template php file (I can swap out text/images later) - OR - also include HTML to paste into the page that become the static page. In your bid, specify which you would do. If you have a better way, message me and explain. The "Latest News & Events" widget should pull posts from the category "News" and auto-thumbnail to the correct size. I would prefer that you use the "List category posts" plugin because it seems straightforward to style with CSS and easy to use as a text widget, but if you have a better solution to propose, speak up. By default, all other pages should show the sidebar. (The static front page should not show the sidebar.) A few CSS changes from the original template: Footer Area One, Two, and Three should show up on the black background, formatted for good readability of links. ALL images inserted into the content area of pages or posts should automatically have a border style similar to the three images on the template front page. Don't use cufon for the fonts; use @font-face (ex: FontSquirrel) instead. Follow web standards and good practice for clean readable cross-browser code/css. Do not include any backlinks, adware or anything like that. Please include documentation for your design and put readable comments in your CSS etc. If you have good ideas for how to better implement things, message me. The budget is flexible, probably $50-200. I prefer this project finished and paid within 7 days of bid acceptance, so daily status updates from you are a must. Also, the sooner you supply me a copy of the theme, the sooner I can test it and ask for fixes or approve it. I am online daily.
