aiesec.org clone as wordpress plugin

Hi ! I need a full functional clone of the aiesec dot org site as one or a set of wordpress plugins : - all the functions from aiesec dot org - theme like aiesec dot org - object oriented design with use of the new wordpress api's from 2.8 (like the new widget api) - fully localized with poEdit (gettext = default wordpress) - all needed widgets and template-tags to integrate the functions in every theme - user functions must be at the front-end (like manage account ...) - full documented source code - flat and fast database and code design - high quality work (i'm a programmer since 20 years, so i can check it)
