Real Estate Brochure - HIGH QUALITY

DO NOT BID FOR THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HIGH QUALITY MARKETING MATERIAL The job is to design a single page brochure to be sent to a mailing list to generate interest in a 14 apartment development of investment property for sale. Selling points, company logo and photographs of the area will be provided by me. It will be the responsibility of designer to take all information provided and design an attractive single page pdf document from this information to generate interest to my satisfactino. The designer must be able to evaluate information provided and order the information on a page in an interest generating manner. The overall success of the project depends on the ability of the single page pdf document to generate responses when emailed to clients. THIS IS NOT A JUNK MAIL PRESENTATION. The document will be emailed to our contact list of clients - property and financial consultants. The designer selected to do this will probably be selected to design the follow-up full brochure 3-5 pages. Mock designs welcome. NO AMATURE DESIGNERS WANTED. The attached file is an example of what I do NOT want - work of this quality is unaccaptable. The file is an example of what another designer has come up with for this project and is NOT what I am looking for. I am looking for a much higher standard of design. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of Adobe PDF. And the original file in photoshop format with layers.
