Adding a Paypal shopping card to an existing website

Hi there I am looking to add a paypal shopping basket to my existing website. There are around 10 products which sell on the website already. There needs to be a view basket button, as well as a checkout button. Any orders under a certain amount need to incure a certain amount delivery charge. There also needs to be a comment box for the customer to enter additional details such as phone number and delivery address etc etc. The current layout is coded in javascript and html and is on windows back end. But am happy with the shopping card being in whatever coding language you are comfortable with - as long as it is user friendly and works.
