Wordpress Theme PhP Editing II

My bilingual website is almost done and all plugin/coding tools are Free to use in-house tools to do the following editing tasks: 1 Go to plugin manager and create enough room for widgets in the outer sidebars (golden yellow spaces behind the brown bars on both sides of the website). Push these brown bars to the inside of the Text area (about three quarters of the width of each bar) to create the room needed for current text area widgets to be relocated to each one of the enlarged outer sidebars (to the left on the English site and the right on the Arabic site). Edit the color of the outer sidebar with the most widgets to black (same black color of the tag and tagline above) and bold type widget texts using a combination of colors (blue, red, silver etch) as appropriate. This is the main task of this project. 2- Paint “Sudan News" feed link in blue and place it inside the golden yellow outer sidebar of each of the English and Arabic sites along with the Archives widget (which should be on top). 3- Replace current menus with custom menus and place each menu name that pops up in the text area inside a small rectangular box that should be placed in the furthest corner of the text area (right on the Arabic site and left on the English). Do the same on the Arabic site ; then synchronize all menus in the same numerical order below Keeping in mind that Arabic runs from right to left; and that all jobs are to be replicated on both sites including custom menus. Here’s is the list of menus and their corresponding t equivalents in Arabic from one to five: 1- Home 2- About US 3- Contact 4- Donation 5- Posts 6- Advertize 1- الاستقبال 2- من تحن 3- الاتصال 4- التبرعات 5- البيانات 6- الإعلان 4 – Move the social media devices (Tweet, Facebook, Linked-in etc) now on the current statement page just below the Language Selector Box and place the following text inside the box along with the corresponding flag as follows: English Site (with the American flag opposite to this text on the same line) and الموقع العربى with the Sudanese flag opposite to this text on the same line). Make sure that clicking the corresponding flag will take the visitor to the same page in the other language; and that when the Language Selector is on the English site English is on the line inside the box; and when the Language Selector is on the Arabic site Arabic is on the top. 5- Add the following text below the Language Selector: “Drop your email address in the Email Alert Box below for instant notification of the latest post by the SDU”. Place box under this text: Email Alert Box for the visitor to drop their email address inside it and use this “Send” in place of “Subscribe”. 6- Delete the Donation menu altogether along with its content and replace this page with the Advertise page. Install a video capability on the Advertise page for future use via YouTube or Live Video or any other Internet medium
