Wordpress theme needed

For a german australia blog I need a smooth design similar to this: [login to view URL] DL: [login to view URL] The code should be lightweight, tableless, fluid W3C-compliant like the one in the example above. The navigation menu should be on the left side. ======================= Australien Informationen (first menu title)(will be used for the pages) Page1 Page2 Page3 and so on (not hardcodet, just for example) Australien Blog (second menu title)(will be used for the blog) Artikel1 Artikel2 Artikel3 (not hardcodet, just for example) Archiv (Archives - hardcodet) Blogroll Search ======================= <-- In the example page you can reach the pages in the header too. I dont want that. I want to reach the pages only in the navigation menu. I need a smooth and clear header. On the left of the header (the header dont have to be only one picture, could also be two pictures if this is faster) I want the words "Australien Insider" (as a typographic Logo) and on the right i want a photo or a picture of a famous sight of australia (maybe the opera of sydney, the uluru (ayers rock), a kangaroo or a koala or anything like that). U could take a photo of one sight and include the typographic logo on the left side. Feel free, but show your skills ;) The winner of this project have to give me 3 examples (maybe jpg or anything like that) of the theme (especially of the header). If u dont want to make three examples DON'T bid. You are very free which colors you use. But please, the topic of this page is australia. Show me your skill and use colors that match to the topic. ;) I need this job done after three days you have won this project.
