I have a client who has an existing website, which mostly works very well. Currently the site has all the functions that I think we need, but the pages are a fixed width. It does not look good on larger monitors and the text is much too small to read on a tablet without scrolling back and forth. I would like to find someone who can take this site and convert it, so that it looks and works better on various sizes of monitors and on tablet devices. All the functions must stay the same. The site is created in PHP / MySQL with a content management system, so that the client is able to update the content of most of the pages. Most of the pages are database-driven. I have attached a couple of screen shots of the website. I have also included a couple samples of the code. Please let me know the separate costs for creating the web version and the tablet version and provide samples of any websites you have created that are scalable.
