Web developer / Programmer needed: To modify & complete existing website [login to view URL] we need someone who can complete this site “FULLY” meaning do the following:  Create a database that will allow creation of a profile (user name & password)  Create an automatic or manual monthly invoice (that we can use on the back end to generate prior monthly charges)  Create admin panel with custom controls for the website  Create Customer Data base (user name & password for all customers)  Create Technician database(user name & password for all techs)  Make slight changes to cosmetic layout of website (words, pictures etc…)  Make what we already have function 100% correctly  No Money will be paid or transferred until this work is verified as COMPLETE  Provide strict time line for completion (1 missed time line & work stops please be professional)
