templates for fantasy sports and information website

We are a small group of investors who are developing multiple websites. This is the first of several. We have some ideas as to what it should look like, but creating these templates is a good way to screen a developer for the rest of our projects. We would like to see at least 10 basic website templates with color schemes. Please annotate the code so we can use them for other projects in the future. The end result of our work will be a fantasy sports and information site with both a desktop and mobile version. We are going to need a member section with account details. We are going to have daily, weekly, monthly and yearly leagues. The website will have two parts: information and game. There will be some screen scraping involved for the information site. We may initially employ MYSQL and PHP solution on the information part. We will need a flash draft application for the website. I would prefer someone who understands american football, basketball, baseball, hockey, golf and soccer. This knowledge will expedite future projects. I am looking to develop a long term relationship with a programmer. All future projects will be posted on this website and preference will be given to the person who wins this job if they perform up to our standards. There are some specific types of menus and page layouts we would like to see. All of the requested menus should be no problem for an experienced designer.
