We are a recruitment company based in UAE, with offices in Philippines, Lebanon, Canada. We have currently a website, we need to improve our website, OR redevelop or make a totally new website. So we market applications of nannies and housemaids to end users, AND we have corprorate clients who we hire skilled (nurse, engineer, hairdresser etc) for them. The Domestic Half of our business is based on UNREGISTERED USERS browsing the publicly available applicants. While the other 50% of our business, the skilled, is based on Registered corporate users browing our provate viewing candidates, WE earmark what cvs the registered can view. So if a registered user logs on, he can only see the CVs that the admin enabled for him, or put in his inbox. And he can chose to hire, interview or write notes about every cv. The website is a recruitment portal. The frontend: The user can register as an employer (can search our database, can post free jobs, can view the CVs that we earmark for hims.) The user can register as an employee (can upload a cv, MUST fill a simple or long form) Unregistered users can only view SOME categories of the applicants, namely domestic help (drivers, nannies, housemaids). Other Skilled laborers cannot be viewed by unregistered users. If the registered user and registered employer are both online they can chat or video chat. The backend: A database of JOBS, employees and employers. The admins can create jobs, More than one admin can create or enter new applicants at the same time. So more than one admin can upload new CVs. THE FRONT PAGE: a list of available jobs encouraging employees to apply. Also a list of Domestic Candidates, encouraging employers to hire them.
