Project complete redesign of [login to view URL] with addition of content management system.(possibly mambo). To handle additional content. 1)Addition of cms with iframes to handle some of the hyperlinks that are on other sites. To display those pages within the newly designed website. 2)The cms will handle the content for all pages including the "featured listings" which are his listings. 3)Flash movie will need to be redone to change the way the links are handled, and new links will be added. The current menu will be completely and redesigned using a new method. Some menu items and pages to add; -Area attractions -Restuarants -Schools -Library System -Community Information -Local Weather -Link to nwmls handled in iframes (Northwest Multiple Listing Service) -Link to driving directions handled in iframes(either mapquest or coldwell banker bains) -Request information page Would include buyers request, sellers request, and general request with a form. -Helpful links -Testimonials 4)Website design must be completed to our satisfaction, this would include any alterations. 5)Addition of a mortgage calculator, must be scripted.
