oscommerce template recovery or redesign

I upgrade my oscommerce but previous template lost,I only save some template files(upload in attachment) and don't know if these were useful for recovery . If not then I need an new design for my site.

Also I need install the contributes below:

-Header Tags Controller

-faq

-froogle/bizrate data feed

-Free Shipping w/ Minimum Amount

-Seach Engine Friendly URL

-support ticket

-Featured products in Main page only
