Modify WikiMedia Skin and setup textbox for email newsletter

I would like some help in making the following changes to my new MediaWiki-based website. I would like the overall look and feel to NOT look like a wiki website, and more like a normal website. I have attached the website template that used to be used for this website. I currently use the vector template (default) with the MediaWiki software. I would like the overall look of the MediaWiki site to look as much like my old website template as possible. These are the changes that I am specifically looking for: 1) Change all of the background to all white (including the top, sides, and bottom) 2) Increase/change the font size on the entire site to look like the font at this page: [login to view URL] Use the same size and type of font that is in the article portions of the page. It looks like Arial font, maybe size 12? 3) Replace the following text on the example template to the following on top of the website: We are all constantly changing and growing. I will setup the Campaigner email newsletter account, and provide any login details or code as necessary to setup the automatic email with the link to my download for signing up. The newsletter email service that I will be using is: [login to view URL] 5) Create buttons at the top of the page that say the following (like in the example template): "Start here" "Meet us" "How we help" "Programs" "Contact" These will replace the current buttons on the attached sample template: "Home" "About" "Service" "Products" "Contacts" 6) Make logo much larger like in the example template (I can send you this logo)
