HTML5, need a couple of webapps

I'm looking to have a couple of HTML5 webapps made using JQuery/JQWidgets. Since the data is sensitive, I will write the backend PHP scripts that Create, Read, Update and Delete the backend mysql database. I only need the "front end" components made. (I am a php/mysql programmer and I find javascript absolutely hideous to work with) Both "apps" will be on the same "[login to view URL]" page, each being individually displayed in their own jqxTabs tab. There will be 4 tabs in total: "Profile","Accounts","Strategies" and "Advanced". First app needed: This will be an Add/Edit/Delete accounts app. It will consist of a jqxGrid of 5 columns. I already have the PHP/MySQL complete for the dataadapter, which also supplies the id so that selections can pass the ID back to the php script. There is one special column on the grid (column 2) that will display a name, but will also need to return it's own id back to the backend php script. There will be a statusBar on the bottom of the jqxGrid with Add, Edit and Delete buttons. The delete button will call the backend script with the id of the selected row, then refresh the dataadapter. The add button will open a jqxWindow modal popup with 5 fields (all jqxInput except for the 2nd field, which is a jqxDrowpDownList), and have cance/save buttons. The edit button will open the same jqxWindow as the the add button, but with the fields pre-populated. That's it for the first web app needed - a simple add/edit/delete, with me writing the php files needed for CRUD operations on the mysql table. The second web app is very similar to the first, as it is also an add/edit/delete that will operate identically, but will work on different fields and associate with a different table. It will be displayed in its own jqxTabs tab. There are two other webapps that I will need in the near future, but I need to start with these as a base. If the winning bidder does a satisfactory job, they will be sure to get even more work. I will give more details and mockups as needed once a programmer is selected. Thanks
