Build an Entertainment website and get traffic to it

Hi all freelancers I am on a big project to develop a new website that would have songs, entertainment news, mobile apps, ringtones, wallpapers and much more stuff. Something similar to [login to view URL] or apniisp.com. I want expert freelancers with proven record of success in website development of joomla, PHP, MySQL database, and other web development applications like CSS and Photoshop. I want a mixture of some flash and joomla website that is Search Engine friendly. If you have NO IDEA what a search engine friendly website is, then please don’t even bother bidding. The competition is extremely stiff for the keywords: Mp3 songs Mp3 bollywood songs Free mp3 English songs Mp3 songs download Mp3 downloads There are much more keywords too and the competition is in millions. It is not something like 10 to 15 days project. I want long term freelancers to work for it. Basically the website had been launched last year but no serious efforts in its promotion and article posting has been done. It is a dead site, and just had transferring hosting to an unlimited hosting account. I want those freelancers who can guide me with the best type of hosting and domain registration companies to select for my site hosting as it is going to be a big website. I want a trusted and reliable web developer who would be constantly updating my website and would be paid on a monthly basis for doing so. The website should be designed in a very friendly yet attractive way. Furthermore as time moves on, I plan to launch much more entertainment related stuff on the website. In a nutshell I am looking for freelancers who can develop my website, maintain it, increase its traffic and get my website optimized for google adsense earnings. I alone cannot do this due to time limitation and want some good and reliable people who would NOT run away in the middle of the project. I have had bad experiences before with freelancers who ran away during the mid of the project. I don’t call myself an SEO expert but don’t try to fool me around with your worthless pieces of advice. I am well aware of onpage and offpage optimization like linkwheel and linkbuilding. I also have knowledge about website development so quote me a timeframe and a price that is reasonable enough to get started. I want SEO freelancers who are VERY WELL aware of internal linking the pages with optimized keywords for better and faster google indexing. Do not worry about the payments as I shall be paying you via GAF escrows and here are my payment terms and conditions: 4 installments of 25% payments each via milestone. I would pay you first installment when I see good effort in website development and see that the main outline and structure of the website is ready. The next 25% would be paid when the site gets hyperlinks within itself for internal linking the pages. The next 25% would be paid when I see my website has been updated with good content (don’t worry about the content, I’ll help you in providing it) and that I have made sure that the site is perfectly working offline. The remaining 25% I would pay when my site gets uploaded and the internal links are all working fine in a proper way and when I see good optimization of my website with google adsense account that would get integrated with google analytics. the website i plan to make is similar to websites like tafreeh dot com, apniisp dot com, songs dot pk, mp3hungama etc. Write i have read the entire project description in quotes so that i know you have read it. time is yours.
