Bootstrap Website Development

Hello everyone, I am looking for a developer who is familiar with Bootstrap and also has experience building databases. I will you the page designs and it all must be coded using bootstrap. I am an experienced developer and will inspect the code, so please do not use any other coding methods. All the projects need to be responsive using bootstraps standard stylesheets. Requirements of this project include: -3 HTML pages (homepage, userpage, and one additional page) -MySQL Database (fairly simple, ~5-10 tables) -Simple user login (username, password, zip code) -Form that users can use to post items (3 text fields, 1 image upload) -A page that auto populates based on items that were posted within x number of miles -CSS should not require any editing, use the default Twitter Bootstrap CSS I will post more specific requirements and provide designs once NDA is signed. This is an ongoing project for the right candidate and with eventually be developed as a mobile site. Experience with TWITTER BOOTSTRAP, HTML, PHP, MySQL, and Javascript is REQUIRED. Please send any relevant examples along with your bid. Please include an example of a website that you have built using bootstrap.
