Ms Access Video snapshot

I have an application that takes a snap shot using a USB camera, also the source. It is written in VB. I have a second application that is written in Ms access, it is a visitor entry package. My visitor entry package has a log of who is visiting. I want to take a picture of the arriving visitor at the same time that we grant them access, and tie it to the log. I would also like to be able to double click on the name in the log, and have the picture of that visitor appear. We should be able to pull up visitors from any day that is in the log. You are not required to use my video snapahot software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows XP pro, home
