Permission-based email company needs help with data management. Basic idea is simple. I need PC-based software similar to listmate pro ([login to view URL]). However, listmate is limited. Its pure spamware stuff, which can manage and manipulate email addresses only. I need something that can do the same thing... but also handle multiple data fields. (ei. first name, last name, email address, address, zip, state, gender, dob, source, IP, etc.) Possibly up to 20 columns. The software should quickly and efficiently handle 10 million recipients (rows) at least. Needed features: 1. Windows-based. Win2000 specifically 2. Must be able to work with delimited text files. 3. Sort, de-dupe and merge multiple data files, then spit out a clean copy of the data into a new delimited text file. 4. Compare lists - to remove blacklisted recipients. 5. Ability to sort by domain of recips, then cabability to build new lists with specific domains. 6. Counter utility that gives statistics of recipients by domain. (it would also be good if I could get statistics based on other data fields, like how many recipients live in x zip code.) 7. Splitter utility that would allow me to take a large list and split it into multiple smaller lists. 8. Ability to query and build lists based on certain parameters. For example: I may want to take all the data received by a specific source from my master db and build a source specific list. This is an example. But want to be able to do similar queries for any column. If you visit [login to view URL] and look at the features for "listmate pro" you will see what I want. I want the basic features of this product, BUT IT MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE MULTIPLE DATA FIELDS.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Complete users guide, detailing features and how they are used. --- It is imperative that the software keeps the integrity of the data in tact. Meaning, John's data must stay with John's data.... we don't want Jane's address and gender ending up on John's row. It is crucial that everything remain intact when the data is manipulated.
